Dr. Narong Sirilertworakul, spokesman for the Ministry of Science and Technology, revealed that the Ministry is in the process of submitting the proposals of human resource development for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) to reinforce competitiveness in those areas. This is one of the strategic projects of the ministry for supporting the government operations, under the leadership of Prime Minister Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha, on the development of workforce who has technological and innovative potential. This will increase the competitiveness of Thailand and initiate a new technological entrepreneur (Tech startup).
