Mr.Peter Prugel, Ambassador of Federal Republic of Germany as witnesses on signing ceremony ”Memorandum of Understanding Between the National Institute of Metrology (Thailand), Kingdom of Thailand and The Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt(PTB), Federal Republic of Germany Concerning Co-operation in the Field of Metrology” by Dr.Prayoon Shiowattana, Director of National Institute of Metrology(Thailand) and Prof. Dr. Joachim Ullich, President of PTB. The objective of this cooperation is to improve quality and standard on economy, living quality and environment as Thailand is a center to transfer knowledge to Asian countries.
